Alo Wellness Day Bali

In celebration of their first store opening in Bali, I was invited to the Alo Wellness Day. The event took place at the Imperial Villa at beautiful Four Seasons Resort in Bali with a stunning backdrop of the Jimbaran coast. We started early in the morning with a ‘Coastal Flow’ gentle yoga, followed by meditation, sound healing with biomagnetism and breath-work. In between classes, I did a highly sought-after palm reading and a fabulous shoulder massage. The day ended in the most perfect way, with a lovely long-table dinner overlooking the night lights along the bay.
